It was 2007. I was working full time and finishing up my master's degree. I had insomnia and was depleted. I had recently quit drinking and was desperately seeking healthy ways to fill myself up. At 4am, one very exhausted morning, I googled:
I clicked on the first hit, Zuda Yoga, and what I didn't know then was that I was being guided. I was being taken to the place that would become my new home.
What I can say 10 years later, is that I got the quiet mind that I was seeking. I gained flexibility. I began making wiser decisions for and about my body. I found happiness, and confidence, and courage. I connected with parts of myself that I had been afraid of or didn't know existed.
But the most valuable thing I have found along the way, are my people.
Throughout the years, students have come and gone. They have moved to small towns and large cities. Many of them make their way back at some point to say hello, and the common theme that each of them report back is that there is absolutely nothing like Zuda out there. The sense of community and connection that Zuda possesses is impossible to replicate.
I would love to personally invite you to experience the magic of Zuda Yoga for yourself. Come take one FREE class anytime this week (6/4 - 6/10), leading into our 10-year celebration party with Anne Marie Kramer and MC Yogi on Saturday 6/10.
If you have been on the fence, or nervous, or unable to make time for yourself, let this be your time. I am happy to support you in any way I can to make this happen for you.
Love and Namaste.
